Service Description

- Kindly, Do not book an appointment without having your adoption application submitted. - The meet and greet with Cooper will take place at our corporate office in San Bernardino, CA. - The appointment guarantees you the first glance at Cooper with plenty of time to interact with the dog and decide whether he is a good fit for you and your family or not.- You can bring some of your family members and other dogs to the meet and greet as well. - If you decide to proceed forward with adopting Cooper at the time of the meet and greet, you will be asked to sign an adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee. - The appointment deposit (Paid online to confirm the appointment) is non-refundable and in case you decide to proceed forward with the adoption at the time of the meet and greet, the deposit will count towards the adoption fee. You will then owe the adoption fee minus the deposit. - The remainder of the adoption fee can be paid at the time of the adoption via cash, Cashier's check, or money order made to PetEmber Inc. - You will receive a complete vaccination record, flea and tick control medication schedule, and deworming schedule of your dog at the time of the meet and greet. -Take home will be the same day. You will also receive a copy of your adoption agreement. - Please be sure to bring a valid-ID

Cancelation Policy

The $100 deposit counts towards the total of the adoption fee in case you decide to proceed forward with the adoption. The $100 is non-refundable. In case you do not show up to your booked appointment or in case you decide not to proceed forward with the adoption at the time of the meet and greet, the rescue will retain the $100 deposit to recover the cost associated with getting the dog ready for the meet and greet, transporting the dog to the meet and greet, and putting the dog on hold (Implies extra time for the dog to stay at the rescue until relisted and adopted by another applicant).
