PetEmber is a FOSTER-BASED ANIMAL RESCUE. We do not have a shelter facility for people to visit. All rescue dogs at PetEmber are FOSTERED with families who love and care for animals until they successfully find a forever home at our adoption events announced at different partner locations or at our corporate office in San Bernardino, CA.
